One Voice Remote Has Built-in Mic for Voice Control of MCE and Skype

One Voice has offered a pretty cool software product for quite some time -- the Media Center Communicator that allows users to operate their Media Center PCs by voice -- everything from "Volume Up" to "Record Oprah on Tuesday," to "Call Mom," to "Check email."

The problem was getting the voice commands to the television. People generally don't have wireless microphones on the coffee table.

Finally, One Voice is showing at EHX a Media Center remote with the intercom built in, along with an adapter that plugs into the Media Center. The My Voice Remote communicates via 900-MHz RF to the adapter at distances of up to 150 feet away.
